Expectation VS Reality

                 My viral Hanthana Hike Gone Wrong                 

     

I headed to Hanthana with my friends one day. Thrilled as we were about this trip, having seen so many pictures on TikTok. But then at last we started the climb up Hanthana. Unexpectedly, rain commenced falling. The first rain fell leisurely. So we did not care too much and went on ascending Hanthana Mountain. Unfortunately the second rain was heavy. The sky was black; the trees swayed wildly like they did not dare be still and at what had been a path became a dark brown torrent. We were very scared. When the rain stopped we went down as carefully as before. If truth be told whenever I recall that trip still shuddering. But it was an unforgettable trip that I will always remember.

Goodbye to a Journey

  My Blog Writing Experience This is the last day I will be writing on this blog. This is by far the coolest and most meaningful assessment I have done throughout my time on campus. While I had heard of blog writing before for all these days, it was only over the last three months that I actually learnt how to write a blog and express my thoughts creatively.  During this time, I wrote my blogs with real excitement. While it was an assessment, it was more than just a task for me it not only helped improve my English writing skills but also boosted my confidence. At times as I was unable to solely conform with a rule of posting two blogs per week, however I tried my best to upload my blogs in a creative and engaging manner.  However, it is that feeling of accomplishment from writing a blog that makes me want to continue blogging in the future as well.
