Say a quick “thank you” to the day — fall asleep on an up note. . .

Don’t Forget to Look Up

Image
A Love Letter to the Sky "The sky is the most beautiful view in my eyes." The sky in day said: which often bright blue, and then what white clouds look like a piece of Cotten. When The sun rises or sets, dots of pinky-purple paint cover that whole sky right away. I think it looks like a sari my mother wear sometimes. As night falls, the sky changes from a clear blue and becomes dimly black blanket made up of flickering stars all around it and the glowing moon. Look at the sky to get a peaceful and happy feeling. it tells us how well off this world of ours is now. Do not forget to come out for a bit and look upward today.

Plato’s World

A Journey in Search of True Reality A famous Greek philosopher who lived from 427 to 347 B.C., one of Plato's teachers was Socrates. He was also known as a founding theorist of Western philosophy . The school he founded, called the Academy, was the world's first university and it is where many great thinkers including Aristotle studied. Among his important thoughts is his theory of Forms: he said that what we see in this world are nothing but reflections upon true reality--like looking into a mirror backwards. In his book The Republic, Plato goes over his ideas about a just society and philosopher kings. In today's philosophy this thought still holds strong. It is also one of the documents responsible for shaping elementary education as we know it today.

The Untold Story of Valantine

Image
Love Behind Bars Before red hearts and flowers, Valentine was born between the silent walls of a prison. It was not a letter for a date, nor a story of whispered “I love you.” It was faith written in a final moment. On the road toward death, holding a fragile piece of paper, he chose humanity over fear and wrote— From your Valentine. Only a few words, yet strong enough to rise above law and fear. So today, when we smile at those familiar lines, remember this: Valentine was born not from happiness, but from love that survived sorrow— the quiet, unpolished, truest face of love. 🌹

Becoming Bollet

The Stage Drama That Stole My Heart What flashes into my mind when I think of stage drama is an actor of "Lady from the Sea.  In my school days, "Lady from the Sea" was undoubtedly the most loved stage drama. The memories of My days in school are still fresh if I count back; yet nothing is so vivid as that stage drama. I played the role of Bollet in "The Lady from the Sea. That was not just a school event, that was a moment in which we discovered new facets of ourselves. I still remember the exciting and tense moments before curtain rose, all nerves fluttering Like butterflies under the leaves in autumn. The lamps were warm. The house was silent, my heart beat so hard that it was an accompaniment to each footfall in the wings. Even as I look back on in life, it is one of the most precious memories of all times.

Smiling

Image
The Universal Langue of Happiness and Kindness Though a smile is just a bit simple thing in life, it is too important: We are happy people who smile. A smile can make us forget a bad day and put us in good spirits. When people smile, they seem more fitting for conversation. Therefore, we smile away, feeling far away off too. Times becomes better for everyone around us because we smile and also feel fine! So later on, a smile can pick up the day for our neighbors too - And change it all around. That's why "Always keep smiling" is our motto....

Living the Roal

Stanislavski's Path to Truthful Action For Stanislavski, transforming theatre history is opened up perspective and really which other cannot sense from within. He was through actors not merely to put on a show but truly inhabit the character. Stanislavsky's question was: ''What does the actor have to do to be true?'' The Stanislavski system is an approach to acting that brings together an actor's mind, body, and attention. Concepts such as "Given Circumstances, Objective and Action" make acting a goal directed line of performance. In his early work, Stanislavski depended on emotional memory. Later, he saw the shortcomings of that method and turned to physical action as one way out. Stanislavsky thought that an action made truthfully naturally gives rise to emotions that are true. Today, from method acting to Theater of the Absurd, his thoughts resemble more a springboard out of which later genres have been born.

Finding Peace in a Simple Cup of Tea Tea is a gentle pause in a busy day. Sipped in the morning or during a calm afternoon, its light taste and soothing aroma bring quiet comfort. Some enjoy it warm, others cold, but every cup carries moment of peace.   Green, black or herbal tea fits easily into our lives. It sits beside open books, slow conversations, and thoughtful work. A simple drink that calms the mind, supports the body, and reminds us to slow down.  Too much can steal our sleep, but in balance, tea remains a beautiful ritual - One cup, One breath, One calm moment at a time.
